Lighthouse Saint Laurent Photo

Photographer’s Note

This is the lighthouse where the Saguenay river meet the Saint Laurent river, in the "Belle Province" of Quèbec! Around it, we´ve seen many whales! A different lighthouse between that two important and beautiful rivers. We´ve did a short trip by boat from Tadoussac to see that's whales.

A very nice yet dark shot. While the colour does make for a striking photo and sets a menacing mood, I personally would prefer a somewhat ligher shot.

Jose hi,
simple and powerfull composition,the light and the clouds of the sky in contrast to the reflection of light on the water are really great and both create a special ambience.Well done!

Linda foto Zeca, o mar parece feito de um misto de areia e prata! E O céu nebuloso deu um aspecto sinistro ao ambiente, quase uma cena de filme de suspense!

Oi Zeca,

Este lugar e mesmo magico, foi um dos lugares que mais gostei de ter visitado aqui em Quebec. Ainda tinha baleias por la nesta epoca do ano? Terei visitas por aqui em setembro e a parte o Chemin do Roi que foi dica sua! Estava pensando em voltar a Tadoussac, mas somente se ainda houver possibilidades de ver as baleias...

Je vois que nous avons parcourus les mêmes lieux ;o))
Une très belle réalisation sur le "pilier", avec une très belle lumière qui donne un très bel impact à ce phare.
