| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
The henne party is a tradition parctised before or on the same day as the Moroccan wedding when the bride or bride to be gets her feet and hands adorned with henne. It is a paste made from leaves of a plant and the dark orange colour remains on the skin for about a week. Here the bride, who is a friend of mine, was dressed in the traditional outfit which is usually provided by the same person who provides the henne and all the decoration for the occasion.
Note: I decided to replace the previous image with this one instead as my friend told me the person doing the henne might not have approved of it. Sorry for those who took the time to write a comment on it. |

The foreground is very sharp, enough for us to focus on the first part of the picture. I love the contrast the ring permit. That's a good detail. I guess henne was still pretty fresh, isn't it ?
The blurred background gives a goo parallel between both hands. That's a nice picture.
