Photographer's Note

These pics were taken during this past summer's
Gay Pride Parade.

As usual it was a colourful and well-attended
affair. This year was special though, for just
weeks before the parade gay marriage was deemed
legal by the highest court of the province of
Ontario. This was very quickly followed by the
decision of the federal government to draft
legislation making gay marriage legal across
Canada.

Post-pro: sharpening, increased saturation, and
in the case of the smallest pic on the right,
decreased saturation of the background.
