It dawned on me that PEI is the only place in Canada where you can see the sun set over the Atlantic Ocean. Here's a photo of it!

Hi Kelley,
Wow, this is very pretty sunset over the ocean. I wish I could get some sunset shots over the ocean, but because I live in Queensland on the east of Australia, we can only get sunrises over the ocean, and I'm still asleep at that time :P
Anyways, I really like the drama in your photo, with the dark silhoettes of the trees and waves. They contrast well with the golden-orange tones of the sunset. Very nice shot!

That's a very fine shot. Great reflections, soft colors and lighting. The sky is amazing. Nice work.

Good geography lesson, it would make a great trivia question.

The colors are beautiful in your sunset. I love the gold tones, especially on the beach where the water has left a thin film from the wave rolling back to the ocean.

Fantanstic use of colour. I like the different tones (going from blue and white to red to yellow) and the way the picture is broken into sections from the lines created by the beach and the landscape.

A delightful sunset, really well done.

Firstly it occurred to me that I would have liked to have cropped some of the beach at the bottom. Now I'm not so sure; I think you've prob got it about right.

The range of colours in the sky is stunning.
