Photographer’s Note

One of the pictures I took of a wedding photographer and his happy subjects in front of the National Gallery in Ottawa one afternoon I chanced by...here I enjoyed the lovers' kiss while the photographer was fiddling with his camera :-)

I desaturated the image, but left the flowers bright for interest again.

Certainly a missed shot. A natural kiss will always look better than a posed one for the camera. Interesting choice of b+w apart from the flowers, nice touch.

it looks as though the guy walking towards us is standing on the photograhers head in an optical illusion type of way :P

Nice photo. Good prepare of colours, like wedding professional photographer. Good cought scene: photographer and young couple. About composition: I think maybe will be better if you direct your camera a litle bit in the right side, because is to many empty space in left side, and man in the background looks like walking on the head photographer.

I love tbis series, Sarolta, and this one os perhaps the best of the lot. I really like the man coming this way from the upper right, adding dnamism to this still scene. And the crouching pro, of course. Very nice indeed! Francis

Great street shot, but I have to say that I would have either had it in colour or in black and white, not both at the same time, some images can benefit from this technique, but this image is strong enough to stand on its own right.

Interesting with the environment.
Had you left only the couple showing I'd believe you were the wedding's photographer. I love how you left only the flowers coloured. This is a great contrast against all the concrete. How do you do this colour trick?
