I really like the composition of this photo.
The distortion of the reflection on the windows is nice. This three elements, copper dome, the main building and the tower reflected on it, makes this photo really nice.

Magnificent shot! I love the contrast of the copper color of that dome against the cold blue of the building in the back. Both are electric color although one hot and the other cold.

The contrast works perfectly.

Another nice contrasts is the round shape against the plane one.

Great reflexion also.
