Information from Wikipedia below:
The Canadian Tulip Festival is a tulip festival, held annually in May in Ottawa, Canada. The festival claims to be the world's largest tulip festival, displaying over one million tulips, with attendance of over 500,000 visitors annually. Large displays of tulips are planted throughout the city, and the largest display of tulips is found in Commissioners Park on the shores of Dow's Lake, and along the Rideau Canal with 300,000 tulips planted there alone. As well as tulip displays, the festival also includes music performances, speakers and exhibits of international cuisine.
In 1945, the Dutch royal family sent 100,000 tulip bulbs to Ottawa in gratitude for Canadians having sheltered Princess Juliana and her daughters for the preceding three years during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands, in the Second World War.
The most noteworthy event during their time in Canada was the birth in 1943 of Princess Margriet to Princess Juliana at the Ottawa Civic Hospital. The maternity ward was declared to be officially a temporary part of international territory, so that she would be born in no country and would inherit only her Dutch citizenship from her mother. In 1946, Juliana sent another 20,500 bulbs requesting that a display be created for the hospital, and promised to send 10,000 more bulbs each year.

this is very nice combination of presenting these lovely flowers and some interesting architecture as well. I really like the way you composed all the elements into this pretty image where tulips create very strong foreground thanks to their bright colors and the building of the Parliament emerges from among the trees in subtle way.
Well given colors and contrast, good sharpness.
Thanks for sharing and enjoy your day

A very pretty composition, well framed and making good use of the clock tower as a focal point. Very nicely lit with pleasing natural tones and very good sharpness.

It is the tulips festival in Ottawa. The distance between the tulips and Parliament Hill is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is allowing me to admire the tulips The good luminosity is making the colors to stand out. Have a nice day.

Very pleasing view on your capital here with the beautiful display of tulips in the foreground, the well groomed park and the little sneak peek at the city behind.
It is a pity, that I haven't had more time on my night stop over in Ottawa to discover the city more. So I have seen only my hotel room and the highway :-)
have a great day

A superb composition, which blends great beauty of tulips in the foreground, with the magnificent towers of the city, well positioned among the trees, which give a nice graphic image, splendid sky which is a great bonus to the image.
Superb range of colors.
Good management of light and good sharpness.
Splendid image. My compliments.
Have a great week
All the best.

This one is even more cheerful with more tulips in variation of colors in the foreground. I like the semipanoramic view. give the feeling of wide open space and the lack of people give the sense of quiet and tranquility. Excellent shot, like a post card.
