Nice to see a rainbow in the skies over Kelowna instead of smoke and flame! I would suggest cropping the bottom of the photo to eliminate the guardrail(?) and a little off the top to better frame the rainbow. A note from the photographer would have been nice - maybe to explain in more detail where it was taken.
