Photographer's Note

This bank building was built in the 1990's, but its facade was moved here stone-by-stone from a bank building built in 1844 and was demolished during the redevelopment of the area. Now it is part of the Allen Lambert Galleria and known as the 'Heritage Building' in the Brookfield Place complex in Toronto's financial district. This is a good example how to preserve the past when building modern office complexes. J
