Every May I (weather permitting) I try to visit our nation's capital during the TULIP FESTIVAL. This picture of Parliament Hill was taken from the Quebec side of the Ottawa River near the Museum of Civilization.

C'est sûr que cette saison est toute indiquée pour visiter cet endroit , quand les tulipes en fleur fournissent un merveilleux premier plan à ce formidable édidfice dominant la rivière .
