Photographer’s Note

Okay, I take back what I previously said about how we've hardly had any snow. I guess the snow gods (?!) have heard me whine and now they've dumped heaps and heaps of it here! :)

The snow was really deep here (in the pic) and it was quite a workout trudging through the forest! Isn't it strange that it can look so innocently sunny outside and still be -20C? Anyone wanna comment on the biz arre weather we've been witnessing around the world recently??

Very nice work Tina.

I like the close view and the angles of the sun beams. Very calm an quite feeling about this picture.

Well done Tina, I like this view leading to the sun light with sharp details lined up with the sun even if its a little bit dark. Nice lines created by the tiny branches, good work.

I really like this shot - anyone who's walked in the winter woods in late afternoon can certainly relate to this lighting - very well done!
