Very good light! I like the shadows being projected on the snow. It gives a good perspective to your compo.
By the way, I am going to Montreal tomorrow for the week, and I was wondering about my D70 and the low temperature...Do you have any advise to protect the SLR?

I like the greyness of this image, the details etched in the snow and the shadows the light causes. It's wonderfully atmospheric... Everything is where it should be in the frame for maximum visual effect. I like it a lot. Well done and thank you.

Excelente toma, la luz natural da un espupendo reflejo de sombras en el suelo de nieve. Myy buena composición. Qué lindo paisaje.

Hisashisan, very nice composition you got here! Your exposure control is excellent, managing to keep all the details and still keeping the sky. Great!

Very good effect with sunset,shadows,sky...

The sky is very peculiar (dramatic I'd say) as opposed to people enjoying descending.

I can't believe I missed this one-- the light as everyone has said but also how you've worked with the light. You've made excellent use of the slide and balanced a bright background with a well illuminated foreground too. I see the shadows as the distinct element in this image since the people do get a bit lost among the buildings so maybe stepping back and letting the WA perspective exaggerate the shadows in full a bit more would have worked too.
