Photographer’s Note
This is a view across Lost Lagoon in Stanley Park looking towards downtown Vancouver. It was a brisk Remembrance Day and I managed to catch this Goose and Mallard were quite happy enjoying the sun.

Hi Donald! When I saw the picture in the thumbnails, I directly thought to Vancouver, a really nice town were I've been 15 years ago. And that was it! Very nice composition you have here with the goose, plant and town. Well done!

I like the contrast of nature and the city in one image. Very pleasant image of a sunny afternoon.

Great shot!
I like this one more then the last, a bit more interesting backdrop of the city that does it.
Having the plant in the shot frames it quite nicely.
Well done! I look forward to seeing more of your shots Don.
Seasons Greetings!

What a pleasing photo, so serene and peaceful looking. I love the contrast of the city with the park, and the goose with his foot in the air poised to take flight maybe? Very well done, and nice not.

Hi Donald,
I like the plants in the foreground and the big city backdrop but for me the goose shaking a leg is the star of the show. A fine capture, well seen.
Regards
Stephen
