Photographer’s Note

Tadoussac is a village in Quebec, Canada. An important French trading post in the seventeenth century, it is the oldest continuously inhabited European settlement in Quebec, and the oldest surviving French settlement in the Americas. In 2005, its population was 857.

This is a view from the Hotel Tadoussac onto its front lawn. The hotel was built in th 1940s to replace the 19th century one which had burned down.

Bonjour Daria,
une scène très tranquille, un paysage qui baigne dans des lumières douces. J'aime beaucoup le ciel et les jeux de lumières à l'arrière plan, ce qui rend chaque endroit de cette photo, interessant.
