Hi Karen,
was this shot in Drumheller? The Badlands are very pretty, specially at sunset and sunrise. This shot shows very well the texture of the land. Something I find interesting are the layers on the hills. Good shot.

Hi Karen,
A very interesting picture with all these geological layers clearly visible. Is this the kind of place where fossiles are found? Maybe even dinosaurs? Whatever, they bring a very fine pattern into ypur composition!

You have some interesting and varied scenery around where you live. You have captured these badlands very well indeed, they stand out well under that lovely blue sky. Superb tones and textures. A fine nature study.

Nicely composed with the banding in the rocks on a diagonal. I like the shades of grey here.
