Photographer’s Note

The Mississauga Civic Centre is the city hall of the city of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The Centre was built in 1987 by Jones and Kirland and stands at 92 metres or 302 feet. The barn-like structure design which includes a clock tower was chosen as the winner of a design competition that included 246 submissions. It is located near Square One Shopping Centre and is home to the City Council of Mississsauga. This photo I took after 6.am. from the parking lot.

Beautiful capture of the early morning winter mist surrounding the Civic Center as it sits in a warm early day golden glow.
Lovely soft warm colors and sharpness to this misty moring beauty.

The fog and low cloud add a mysterious feel to this shot. It was that long ago that we had that much snow.

Great shot! When I saw this I immediately thought that this looked gothic, probably because of the lighting and the mist. Very dramatic look, considering that it is probably a very ordinary scene in the daytime. Well done!
