Buntzen Lake Reflection Photo

Photographer’s Note

At the first day of the year we went to Buntzen Lake for a walk. There was a lot of snow which was beautiful and we could see the calm water, the lovely pine trees, the unusual colored sky and their reflections.
Buntzen Lake located about 30 km from Vancouver, it is 4.8km long.

This is a wonderful image taken at just the right moment. I am sure conditions looked different before and after. Look at those ripples, as if they were designed to compliment your photo. Great job!

It is a nice shot of this lake. I tend to forget how beautiful these nearby lakes can be. Very well exposed, nicely composed with a straight horizon.
