The totem poles at Stanley Park, in northern Vancouver.
"Located at Brockton Point, this is the most visited tourist attraction in British Columbia. The original poles were moved to museums in order to preserve them. The existing poles in the park were commissioned or loaned to the park board between 1986 and 1992."

You seem rather fascinated by these totem poles and I can see why with their strange shapes and unusual designs. A good capture of this collection with the trees making a splendid backdrop. Very good colours and clarity. Thanks for sharing.

Olá Chris, very nice exhibition of all the totems, the 6 of them well placed in the composition with equal spaces between them and a nice BG of both sky and trees. The artwork inspires my artistic vein ;-) The wide open wings on the sky captures my atention.

Salut mon Ami Chris,

The variety of totem poles here presents as exotic an image as anything else on Trekearth. It's a well composed shot rife with colors and textures. I imagine the tallest of them, reaches 4-5 times the height of a person, 20-25 feet. Warm regards and Happy New Year,

The totems are impressive. The trees are framing them well. The point of view is allowing us to see the details and colors of the totem. The picture is clear and precise. The light is enhancing the colors of the scenery. Have a nice day.

I remember these totems well from my visit. You managed to capture them in good light, contrasty on sunshine against the green background. I couldn't have guessed that this is the most visited attraction though. No doubt it helps that Stanley Park is a lovely place too.
