Photographer’s Note
I have posted this scene last year showing hay rows in the field. But this year the crop is corn. Many farmers switch crops in fields to prevent the soil nutrients from being exhausted. So this is a corn crop and the plan is to see how fast it grows by taking another few shots throughout teh summer to see these stalks climb.
I deliberatly kept the exposure about 1.5 stops below normal exposure to allow you to see it how I saw it in the morning. When the farmer sows the corn he makes tracks around the field first. Then he carefully drops the seeder and drives almost perflectly straight across the field. I like how the corn lines reveal little dips in the field.
About 90 days from now this will be full height. That means only two more pics need to be taken till they are full height. So we will see.

Garden,
Very nice job you got here. I really liked the corn field with the plants very small yet. At this stage you can see how perfect the sowing was. It will be interesting to see your following shots on this field.
Being an agronomist I found your note very convenient in explaining why we should do crop rotation. Thanks.

Hey Paul, you know it's not nice for you to keep showing what a incredible place of beauty you live in! :) The rest of us must be envious I guess. But what an incredile light and shadows. Again just a little lens flare but it doesn't bother me. Fantasic shot Paul! Oh check this out, exciting news, for me at least! my forum

Another great early morning shot, Paul. You are well portraying the beauty and colours of the valley for the world with these great scenes. I like the clarity of the shot despite the low light conditions. The misty hills also enhance. Very well done.

Hi Paul,
Another well taken shot. The lines are simply fantastic. The interruption at intervals by the horizontals makes it really beautiful. I also love effect of the light in the background. Very impressive!! All the best.

HI Garden
Spectacular corn field. It's so large. Love the sun beam appearing from the corner of the left side. Perfectly executed, especially the sun light.
Well done.

Hi Paul, You have shown us how to make use of sunlight in this and in your last few pictures. The lighting condition makes this picture beautiful. A very nice POV to see the perspective view of the corn crop. The gradually color and light changing made this an eye-catching picture. A very neat image. Well done.
Also, thanks for your informative notes.
