Victoria is known as the "City of Flowers". Thoughout the City there are large and small parks with multiple flower species. This photo includes the British Columbia Province's Parliament building. Within a short walking distance is the largest park, Beacon Hill with a profusion of flowers and water features.

Hi Ray,
This is an incredible piece of architecture, and framed beautifully by those flowers, very nicely seen and presented. Monumental architecture and nicely positioned tree. I'm amazed this shot doesnt have dozens of points at least!
