Photographer’s Note
Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park is one of the jewels of the Canadian Rockies, and probably my favorite of the many glacial lakes. There is a nice trail that goes around this entire lake and leads one to many views such as this.

Colin,
When I was up in Canada, I missed this park, just didn't have enough time. I just did Jasper and Banff. Next time I guess. So much to see. This is beautiful the reflection is very a mirror image of the actual landscape, and better yet. we see the sky in a even richer and deeper color and some of the rocks and wood under the water are in such good details and visibility. Excellent composition. the mountains in the middle is just a touch over exposed but still good enough to appreciate it's beauty. Thanks

Great reflection!!! You can see the colour of the water is changing from clear as mirror to greenish colour.. it is great in a way to get both colours..
The water is so clear and calm... the foreground you choose is fading just before the reflection of the peak just spot on!!!
Can't ask for better picture than this..
Congratulation!!
Warm Regards
Artesia
