Photographer’s Note
Another view of the city of Vancouver a little less touristy.
The Port of Vancouver is very important in the city's economy, it is considered the gateway to North American trade with Asia and the Pacific.
The picture was reworked to make the best impression that I had, machinery with an incredible size, almost inhuman in the service of a massive industrialization of the economy. The fun (but is not visible in this picture) is that we see both the huge boats that come and unload their containers at the same time the small boats who pass the same places.

Hi Eric,
This is a view of Vancouver that I'm not used to seeing - very unique. Great lighting in your photo and excellent sharpness.
Cheers,

Bonjour Eric
Pierre.

Very nice use of the B&W in this industrial port, Sky and light helps a lot in this extraordinary composition.
Best regards.

Re,
Yves.
