Welcome to TE! This is a nice first posting with many nice elements that make the shot appealing. Your composition is nice with the buildings providing balance for each other and the kayaks in the foreground providing a nice point of interest. The low clouds help set the mood for the scene. The lighting and colors are fine with nice sharpness and detail. You should always post a note with you photos telling us about the scene and the situations of the shot. Many people on TE will not critique a photo that does not have a note. Keep posting and you will learn a lot about photography from the great people on this site. Don't be afraid to ask questions and seek help, you will find that it will be offered in volumes.
