Looking eastwards to Flores Island in the Clayoquot Sound on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Despite not being blessed with the site of the thusands of whales that migrate off these shores on their annual migration between California and Alaska the breathtaking rainforest clad mountain peaks and the chain of glaciers that form the central spine of Vancouver Island afford a stunning bakdrop to the west coast of BC
