At the far end of the Squamish River valley, and at the head of Howe Sound, stands the Stawamus Chief, a huge cliff-faced granite massif favoured by rock climbers. It is not until the tour bus drove beneath this monolith that you get to appreciate the full 700 metres in height of this spiritual rock.
Squamish is a fabulous area of British Columbia - how will it be after the 2010 Winter Olympics, I wonder.

This pretty scenic photo is even more enhanced by the whispy low cloud coverage.
beautiful mountains and greenery.
Well composed, and very sharp.

You had great light for this photo, as well as a magnificent view. The sky is particularly striking.
It looks like you have used a contrast mask, producing the halo effect around the middle ground hills. I use the burn tool to darken these haloes, applying it to the mask rather than the original.

This has got a bit of an HDR look to it, But it isn't....right!!!
Great view, the smoke/haze/cloud whatever it is, looks fantastic with the light rays shining through it.
Where you been hiding this one, it's a beauty.
Now go back to digging those drains.
