Photographer’s Note
Another shot from Mt. Revelstoke. The light and dark and shadows were a challenge, as the evening descended apon us. This lovely little meadow and lake drew me in, and I had to try to capture something.

Hello Steve,
very beautiful landscape which looks more like a bright postcard! The red flowers in the foreground are a very nice addition to the sunny picturesque area. Excellent composition; beautiful blue sky and beautiful reflection in the water the surface of which looks as even smooth a mirror.
regards,
Elena

Nice shot Steve;
I was up there exactly a month ago today- is this Meadows in the Sky Parkway? Had a nice time wandering around the trails- luckily enough we had just made it back to the car when the rain rolled in.
I like how the little pond draws the eye into the shot and to the hiker taking in the views.
Nice one,
- Dan

Hi Steve,
This shot has it all - stunning scenery, great colors, reflections, and the strength of diagonal lines of the stream that cuts through the frame. Well done and TFS. Gerald
