Photographer’s Note

These sort of alpine meadows are always beautiful. But also, in the mountains there seems to be a kind of grandeur and stillness, particularly as the sun sets. Sometimes it almost has a lonely feeling to it, but since I have visited such places often, it feels familiar.

Hi Steve,
Another great mountain meadows shot. The long stem flowers in the foreground make quite a statement - seem to suggest "they" are the show and not the whole image. Nice work and thanks for sharing. Gerald
