Photographer’s Note

Converted to Greyscale in photoshop. Anyone have tips on going from color to B&W in photoshop? I need advice.

Hi Sean:

This is actually quite a nice job of converting to b/w. I love those sheer cliffs and that lighting, and I'm rather surprised it hasn't gotten any points, but TE'ers aren't big on b/w. As far as conversion to b/w goes, if you've got a lot of blue in the image a red filter really works wonders on enhancing the contrast and making the image pop. Anyway, keep posting--this is a beauty.
