Photographer's Note
While camping at the first lake on Nanaimo River, I set up the camera on tripod and set to "bulb" to keep the shutter open for several minutes with the goal of recording any meteoroids flying overhead.
As luck would have it, a spectacular space rock flew over between shots.
I didn't know which White Balance setting to use, so I chose "sunny", which may explain the red sky. Another shot I set to "incandescent" and got a yellow-green hue on the horizon.

Hi John,
This is a very nice composition. I like the colors as well as the reflection of the mountain and the sky on the river. Thanks for sharing.

Well done.
I think that in this situations to be correct; you can try also the automatic white balance.
