Photographer’s Note
The first annual dragon boat races took place at Harrison Hot Springs. These boats are powered with 20 people, one in back to steer and one in the front keeping a paddling time on a large drum and shouting encouragement to their teammates. There are four teams in one race, as you can see here. The race course is 500 metres long.Tookout the sigma 70-300 and snapped a few action shots.
