Taken from the viewing carriage of the Rocky Mountaineer, westbound from Calgary to Vancouver, on an overcast Fall day near Field BC. The cottonwoods of the Kicking Horse Valley put on a golden display for us all.

Very nice panorama, good lighting despite the overcast :)
I love the way the clouds play with the mountains, and the soft autumn colors of the trees with the peacefull river winding it's way around them.

What a dream voyage you made. Canada is on my wish list but...hope some day I can get there.
Nice work with the croping, the river asks for it.
The way the clouds appear works nice here.
