Photographer’s Note
The Takakkaw Falls are situated about 10 miles off the Trans Canada Highway just outside Field in BC. They are said to be the highest uninterrupted fall in Canada with an overall height of around 1200 feet. This is a wider view than the one I posted back in October and may give a better impression of the size. The falls must be about a mile from the bridge, so the bridge can provide some sense of scale. It is a footbridge so the railing is about 3 feet above the walkway.

Good composition, everything is pointing the waterfall. The right part could be a bit brighter. Your note add the necesary "salt&pepper" to it.

Exactly my kind of scenery, Keith. Very well composed, with the gushing river in the foreground, and the bridge providing an additional pointer to the falls, appropriately put into the center of your frame. Stunning colors and details. I love those falls - I had also posted an image of these them, viewed from the Iceline Trail. I recall their roaring sound was audible very far into the trail. Great shot!

Une image de très grande qualité avec des détails géniaux.
La présentation centrée ressort bien et l'image est agréable à regarder.
Bravo Keith

Spectacular scenery, Keith. I like the way the tall trees are dwarfed by the cliff face - which in turn has a fringe of trees along the top. Great colours on the rocks. A very useful note.

This is so much like a painting. Lovely rugged mountains. A perfect blue sky. A magnificient waterfall. And white water stream. And a bridge crossing it. :) Not to forget beautiful high trees all around.
Keith, On my CRT, it does look a little dark, although the details are distinguishable.
Lovely shot in all. How about the use of a painting frame outside this, to complete the paintning?? :)
