Photographer’s Note
It is almost impossible to do justice to these falls in a photograph. With a drop of over 1200 feet, it is one of the highest in Canada. As much of the drop is unbroken the water actually seems to fall in slow motion. The falls are the runoff from a glacier and at the time of year we were there the runoff should have been minimal. Due to the very hot summer, there was still plenty of power there.

Good shot here Keith its got the sense of power captured just right, the inclusion of the lower stream/come river adds to this as most people would tend to take a falls shot only, and miss the trees clinging to the scree/rubble line. only suggestion there are some artifacts to the sky but not a problem with the overall presentation

Excellent landscape. The picture is perfectly balanced. The overall enviromnent highlights the main subject, the falls. Well done.

Hello Keith! Gorgeous portrait of this beautiful waterfall! Excellent view of the geology of the cliffs. What a wonderful cascade into this broiling river. We are truly lucky to have such stunning scenery! Well done!
