I went out for a enjoyable evening to Cheam lake also known as the Cheam Wetlands which lies at the base of Mt Cheam. With a calm evening and some low angled lighting sites like this are in abundance. Enjoy!

The name conveys well this remarkable shot. What you don't see in the sky, is seen in the reflection; indeed, you've submitted two shots for the price of one. A very effective bucolic scene in the Cheam Wetlands.

I like how the tree and its reflection cut all the way through the photograph. The lighting is really nice and I like how the foreground is in shadow, and also there are some shadows from the clouds on the top of the mountains to match. Looks like a very peaceful place for a walk.

A fine image and a very familiar place. The verticle tree line presents an interesting perspective and as usual, the colors and clarity are excellent. Great shot and thanks for sharing. (As an aside, my visits to Cheam Wetlands will definitely be less frequent and much more guarded due to an unfortunate car break-in and vandalism that happened to us there about 2 months ago.)

Great ensemble of water, forest and sky. The low angled light really makes this interesting, as well as giving a nice, warm colour to everything. Great work!

Another wonderful shot with amazing colours, details and lighting. I love how calm the water is and how it reflects all the surroundings. Fantastic shot with a great composition. Great work, Paul!
