Photographer’s Note

In the southwestern Part of Saskatchewan you will find Eastend. A tiny little town in Saskatchewan. The landscape is dominated by grassland and badlands. Eastend became famous because of Scotty- The T-Rex which was found there.

Hi Andreas,
a bit minimalistic, but very effective composition! Good depth, becouse of the fold of the field, which is like differents plan. Beautiful landscape, good job.

this is very good, perfect depth of field that emphasises the feeling of great distance in this shot. beautiful textures and colours too, and I particularly like the poles in the foreground, they provide a nice focus point. great shot.

This is a superb composition.... very simple scene yet visually striking. Good placement of the fence pole in the foreground to anchor your main scene. Very good depth and contrast. Well captured and composed. Excellent work! tfs

I love these kinds of huge, open spaces... With cool ligh, incredible colours - absolutely great!... Nice POV and composition... few days ago i saw similar shot here on TE, but shot was focused on fence! Final result was cool!

Hallo Andreas!
Eine Prärielandschaft wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Rau und faszinierend. Ich hatte übrigens keine Ahnung, dass es in Kanada solche Gegenden gibt (dachte, überall stehen Bäume rum). Sehr gut gemachtes Foto. Gelungen finde ich auch die Integration des Zauns, der den Fordergrund füllt und damit den optischen Reiz des Fotos erhöht.
