Photographer’s Note
I have shown many pictures on the Trek sites of small town Manitoba - rural life on the prairies of Canada. I don't live there but my family does and I go frequently.
This is farming country - once the bread basket of the world because of the wheat grown here. Now the farmers struggle and go from crop to crop and indeed animal to animal to try and keep up with what will sell and what can keep them financially solvent.
Traditionally wheat is shipped out by train. These are those tracks out of town............

Hallo John!
An interesting and most beautiful photo indeed! These structures "silhouetted" in front of this gorgeous sky and the shining railway tracks, creating depth here, make it something special.
Greetings from autumnal Germany!

Hi John from a damp, windy and rainy UK - what a gorgeous light - the way the tracks are picked out is extra special - to make such an ordinary scene sing like this is very special - fond memories of meeting up with you in Van!
best wishes Kev

Hi John,
Impressive bright red sunset/sunrise. That crop tower really is a Canada icon. I like how colors reflect from those rails.
