Winnipeg lies at the confluence of the Assiniboine River and the Red River, which is known as The Forks, a historic focal point on canoe river routes travelled by Aboriginal peoples for thousands of years. The city is located near the geographic centre of North America.

Sinisa,
The repeating pattern formed by the tee-pees give this shot nice depth and direction. The lighting and colors are fine here with nice sharpness and detail. The blue sky forms nice contrast with the white snow and tee-pees.
