As you can see spring is FINALLY starting to arrive in my corner of the world.
After posting this I was disappointed with it, so I'm adding a ws version which I think is better.

Hi Karen, nice sharp image very good illuminated too.
Cheers

Hello Karen,
How simple, just an old car in his surrounding, but how well seen and captured. Love the snow what is still around.
Seeing the ws i don't no, this one is softer on the contrast and that fits the picture very well. The sky is soft, no hard greens or yellow from the grass, so i think this is just good enough.
Very good work and a good eye in seeing this...
Regards, Henk

Hi Karen

hi Karen

Yes, the snow is disappearing and spring is coming your way, I know many of you are looking forward to warm sun and colorful gardens. A nice expectation for another season of photography.

Looking forward to your spring posts.

Hi Karen,
Beautiful historic shot of this old praire bus that saftely brought some many settlers west. Great details to the old weather beaten wood. I must say spring took its time arriving in your neck of the woods.
Regards, Tom

Hi Karen, it certainly looks quite winterly there, still. But you have presented this interesting old wagon very well. Your workshop is brighter and more contrasty and I like it better. But both images are good. A person in the image always helps to add interest, I think, providing it is the right person. regards Kevin

Bonsoir, chère Karen,
Nous voilà revenus au temps des pionniers ! Ce vieux chariot est parfaitement placé dans la composition.
Très belle lumière et détails parfaits.
Amitiés.

Hello Karen,
nice composition with a good POV of this old wooden wagon and the Spring to be there! You have right, the WS version is much better because of it has vivid colors and light. The sharpness and the depth of field are great and make the scene attractive.Well done.

Regards,Danos

Hi Karen,

Lovely image..
MEMORIES.....
Good share...
All the best, dear friend.

Hi Karen
Yes I think the WS version has a little more saturation and warmth to it. It is nicely composed with the wagon off centre and the trees on the far left and right are fully included. Now all we need is a pair of horses.
Phil

Hi Karen,
the impression for the eye is not so strong, but that is also the light. The composition is well done and the clarity and other quality are pleasant. The good lines of the wagon could be one for a black&white with strong contrast.

Hi Karen,
What they call spring in Canada, is winter to me@!!! ;D Some snow still there! The grass look real dry too! A peaceful scene with good sharpness, bright but not overexposed. Soft colors fit the scene.

unusual object, amazing old wagon. Well done documental photo. I like it.

Hi Karen,
I am just a neophyte in the world of photography. Your photo is just magnificient and reminded of the old wagon in the western movies. The transition from winter to spring is clearly visible to the eye. Your photos are excellent and added you as one of my favorites. Congratulations Karen... Enn.

Witaj Karen!
Fantastic wagon! Good frame and colors. Very impressive picture!

Hi Karen.

Got to your gallery via one of your critiques.
This one looks better than it does in thumbnail, much better. I'm impressed by the clear detail, the fine angle of view, and the gentle colours and contrast. The WS is appealing too, but I'm quite happy with this one. The pools of snow are a nice touch, reminding of the winter's almost passing. That large golden tree on the far left is a nice balancing element. So, simple but very pleasing picture. Well done.

Regards,
Andrew

Ola Karen ,
Que bela carroça bem antiga de rodas de madeira , gostei muito da cor da erva queimada devido a neve , bom enquadramento da foto , parabéns!!!
Um abraço Gonçalo

Your grandbaby are very pretty :)

Hi Karen,

We cannot make a new wagon out of an old one and this one looks realy like an old wagon.

I prefer the look of the natural old wagon on an as is basis.
