Photographer's Note

Riding the boat along Maligne lake in Jasper National Park I was lining up this photo when the boat's wash cut across the reflections from the small island on the right of the photo - it produced some interesting reflections.

Hi Ian - Those reflections are really lovely. I love the way the boats wake has distorted them. Don't you think they would make a great subject in themselves? TFS another beautifully managed wilderness shot. Gorgeous colours! Have a fine day. Rosemary

Hello Ian,

Another great land '' lake '' scape from you - I can never get enough of the wonderful reflections scenery & natures colours - you certainly know how to capture a perfect shot - the whole day looked wonderful - did you take this image from the back of a boat? the swirls on the water makes me think that you were on a boat.
Anyway great photo I like it very much.
It pays to read the notes first before critiquing!!! I have my answer...:)
