Photographer’s Note

...of a middle-aged man

There are times when I run short on photos for TE, given the desire to show a geographic location and the rule against close ups. So when I was shooting some flowers in the back yard this idea came to mind.

A very bourgeoise view, eh? Most of the time I think of photography as the ultimate bourgeois indulgence. "I am the very model of a modern major general..."

Shot using my circular polarizing filter and a grad filter to darken the sky relative to the fg.
PP: A sharpen, resize, and frame.
