Photographer’s Note
Snowbirds performance,formerly 431 Squadron of Air Forces, concluded the first day of International Airshow in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada.
The story of this wing of highly trained military pilots is quite interesting.
The wing (431 Bomber Squadron) was founded in November 1942 in Burns, England and stayed there for the duration of WWII. It participated in WWII battles such as English Channel,North Sea, Baltic sea,Ruhr,Biscay ports,Germany ports,Berlin,France.
In October 1999, 431 Bomber Squadron was presented its today's colors to commemorate 25 years of service to the country. Please, read more information at links below -

Hi Mike,
Impressive tight formation with so many planes. Red and white colors work well together with the blue sky. Very sharp with this short exposure.
