Hello Nelu ,
What a fantastic plunging view ! This lake appears like a turquoise jewel in a grey and green scenery . As you , I like walking in the mountains to dicover such beauties . The sharpness is outstanding . The fore ground (rocks with orange touch of lichens) is as beautiful as the cloudy and threatening background .
Thanks for the share .

Hi Nelu,
Bloody scary, especially with all those loose stones in the foreground. Great view though, the way the valley opens up is spectacular. That green lake down there is wonderful. I'm intrigued by the red moss on the rocks, seems to be an unusual colour, normally it's either green or grey.
I'm not going to bother commenting on the sharps.
I had a look at the coordinates on Google Earth, it doesn't look too far from Calgary or Banff, I'm surprised, you'd think from this shot you were really in the wilderness, which you are of course, but I didn't think it would be so accessible to those large cities.
Spectacular image.
Warm wishes

Hi Nelu:
"Vertigo" is a good title. Looks like you didn't have a lot of margin for error here. :) I love that wide angle pointed down--it makes it seem that much higher. It's also an excellent exposure, and the light and shadows on the valley floor are lovely. But that foreground rock--it's a bit blurred, and it's the only thing I don't like. Crop a bit of that out, and you've got a real stunner.

Fantastic shot. It's usually pretty hard to convey depth effectively, but you have managed it really well. What a drop! Those trees look like grass from this height

What a view Nelu, your chosen perspective does give a slight feeling of dizziness looking at it. A good composition to enhance the look of the photo. I love the clarity of image revealing fine deatils. Very well done.

Hello Nelu!
Magnificent high view over that wonderful mountain landscape! Sharpness, exposure, depth of field and natural colors are all excellent! The pov, the composition and the vertical format are perfect!
The place has got an inherent beauty already but you truly enhanced it by taking this fabulous nature picture!
TFS - congratulations!
My warmest regards and greetings from Brazil,

Hi Nelu, this view is breathtaking and positively scary. Did you climb or fly up here? I notice the drops of red in the FG, I hope they're not your blood, sweat and tears? :) The vertical frame accentuates beautiful this grand height, the depth - as always - is superb and the colour and contrast enviable. Great job, thanks for sharing it with us, Lisa
