I took this shot of the looming sky yesterday during my bike ride through central Edmonton. This time of year we experience interesting and photogenic cloud formations and this one caught my eye.
From a Raw photo, cropped and color altered in Photoshop CS3.

Hi Doug,
very impressive register. Your choice for this point of view is what makes me think about your photography skills. I always sek for this kind of cloudy sky for my composition. Very clever idea. Attractive and well composed!

Hi Doug,
Stunning shot. The wide angle works very well here, particularly with that dramatic and almost symmetric cloud formation. Great idea to connect the sky to the ground solely by street lights/power lines without even a strip of land.
Beautiful colours too.
