mangigique co composition, ce chemin en bois qui fait sa courbe au milieu de cette merveilleuse nature de couleurs sublime et merveilleux, le gris tranhe bien avec le doré, et au lion cet belle montagnes eneigées, au-traver des sapins, superbe.

This is a beautiful composition with superb light and colours. Fine perspective heightened by the wooden walkway which also contrasts nicely with the autumn foliage either side. Excellent photographic quality all round.

The colours are stunning and the line of the boardwalk leads the eye in nicely. The clear blue sky contrast very well with the rich autumn colours too. It would be nice to have a bit more detail visible in the trees on the left but that is nit-picking.
The image makes want to get back to Canmore, which for my money, is a greatly under valued location.

Une balade bien agréable Gerald,
aménagée avec ces passerelles de bois, on a cela aussi chez nous pour les endroits boueux.
Un arrière plan avec ces hautes montagnes qui donne beaucoup de profondeur.
Très belles couleurs et un ciel impérial.

Hi Gerald,
This lovely wooden path creates great depth as it winds into the dense woods to the distant snow capped peaks. The colors are very clear and contrast wonderfully from the golden grasses to the green trees and blue mountains and sky. Tecnically perfect image that makes for a very pleasing natural landscape.

Superb shot with a magnificent composition, the curved wooden path take your ayes to the beautiful landscape with the pine trees and the snow covered mountains, very good perspective and depth. Nice colors contrast and good POV.

Great use of the boardwalk to guide us into the frame, as our eyes natually follow the walkway into the distance. This also gives the photo a nice sense of depth. Good colour and some dramatic mountains make this a beautiful shot. Well done!

So I gather the boardwalk is on swampy ground or was it built to protect the ground from traffic? Either way the walkway provides an excellent perspective for this photo Gerald. Wonderful background mountains too. There seems to be something interesting inside those trees on the left. Not sure what it is..

I really like the way you framed this picture. The wooden walk is guiding us to the mountain. Except the mountain in the BG, it's really look like the "fagnes" in Belgium.

Good lead in lines, from the boardwalk, which provides superb diminishing linear perspective. Wonderful, vibrant colour, with marvellous sharpness, & a good colour contrast, between the yellow Autumn foliage, & blue sky. Tfs!

I like this, Gerald, of course the well-lit curving path is a very nice compositional element, as the eye is slowly taken along through the entire frame, but also you have here pleasant interplay of light and shadows, and of course the mountains in the background are majestic... Very well done!

Hi, Gerald. We have similar boardwalks over here in Belgium and we often use them to create perspective in the pictures. I see photographers do the same on both sides of the Atlantic ;o). It was also a good idea to include the shrub on the left to create contrast and depth. The landscape is first rate and I like to see the summits towering over the pines, which emphasises their height.

Superb invitation with the walk here, I like much this alley out of wooden. The landscape is marvellous and I think that it must be very pleasant to be able to benefit from such a spectacle. The luminosity is perfect and gives very beautiful natural colors. An alleviating sight, thank you Gerald.
