[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I think this image has much information to share with you, only if you let it. If you look at the photo you see a flaght skyline stretching the width of the frame and it is also seen in the rearview mirror, the vertical structuctures in this skyline sharply contrast the horizontal nature of the landscape. The thing in the middle of the frame serves both as a aesthetic compositional device and to physically block the sun, but only enough to eliminate lens flare and at the same time maintain that sharp glare in the windshield. So, to conclude, the statement about Alberta (the province in Canada where this was taken) that i want to make is that it is a province filled with much sun and flaght lanscapes.

I hope this explains the image.

Sorry,

Hi Valentin. I get the idea but I don't learn anything about Calgary or Canada from this shot. Most people her love to learn about the world through our lenses. Try to give better descriptions too. But thanks for sharing it and welcome to Trek Earth.
Regards, Steve.

In your notes you have written certainly an interesting analysis of horizontal and vertical tendencies in the compositional aesthetics of your photo :D
Good job :)

The details (horizontal, verical and diagonal, etc.) all all there, just as you describe, but I cannot quite get how you fast-jump to the conlusion that this photo makes a statement about Alberta as a "province filled with much sun and flaght lanscapes".
There's no landscape visible and there's not much sun visible either. I believe the Hamiltons are right that most people here love to learn about the world. From your photo it is quite difficult to learn the things about Alberta you advertised :)

Neverthless, your note was very amusing :)
