Always nice to see your photos because they make us discover the region of Canada where you are living and which is very different from the ones I live.
Your composition shares a feeling of space and wilderness: I think mainly due to the shapes and place of the clouds which drive the look far in the background and because there is no human elements in the frame.

Hi Roberto, very gorgeous country. This is a very good capture of it, with the snow, before that all disappears. I like your high position here, allowing you to capture the creek, and still see over the trees to capture the mountains and to see further down the creek too. Your depth of field is good, with great visibility from the gravel in the creek bed right through to those back trees. Colour is good with great textures throughout. That blue cloud filled sky makes a great cap.

Nice mountain scene, I like the vertical framing. The blue sky contrasts pleasantly with the green fir trees and the white snow. We feel that the spring is in the air....

Roberto,
it seems to me that spring is getting slowly but surely also to the northern parts of the American continent. Sun, warm wind, water starting to move down the creek and a wonderful open sky. I almost can hear the water flowing in birds singing looking into this post.

Nice use of a vertical framing here - not the usual way, but this emphasizes the path of the river. Also nice the way you integrated the vegetation in the foreground both for framing and for color.

from that high point of view a good perspective to show us the remaining ice and snow. Good framing with the small branches and a cold impression, but from beginning of March. Here it is getting cold again for some days.

Hola Roberto, esta la acabas de tomar? es buena, me gustan el rio y los troncos que arastra el agua, ademas del resto de la foto, como el cielo, el bosque y la nieve.

I have had an enjoyable time browsing through your gallery. It has been so interesting to see Canada in all her different guises. This is, indeed, one of the bonuses of being on TrekEarth!

Your photograph gives a very good impresssion of the vastness of Canada. I like the way you have used the vegetation in the f/g and then used the river to tempt the eye deeper into the forest and eventually towards the mountains. Wild and wonderful!

We're now autumn here in NZ ... soon it will be our turn for the cold winter. Mind you I like winter ... although it is cold but the snow creates a fantastic scenery, just like this one. I like the banding of colors here ... very appealing visually. The snow certainly created a lovely color contrast to the greenery. Well captured and composed with good image quality. Well done! tfs
