Not Scotland, but Canada!
On a hill overlooking the Bellevue Mine Entrance, a lone piper plays a tune. Very picturesque, but the sound was absolutely horrifying. Nothing against pipers, but this one sucked (instead of blowing). But he was nevertheless a striking figure against the clear blue summer sky.

Cropped, color and contrast adjusted.

Hello Otto

Bagpipers, such a special sound to them that it is hard to forget.
Photo looks very noisy.
Colours look quite unnatural, different tones are blended together.
It works in a way though.
Thank you for sharing.

-:)))
Very nice, great angle and contrast.
Otto very good work.
Thanks a lot.

Hi
It must be hard to play such an instrument - I can say that looking at his face.
Nice colours and interesting scene, but I think, I'd crop it tighter to get this person closer.
Take care
Henryk

Nice captured, Otto!
The low POV enhance the scene and the colours are nice! Plese, donīt tell me that he doesnīt play well, let me think his song is beautiful crying over there..
Cheers!
Zeca
smiley later!

Otto,
Good detail in the this piper - since this was a battlefield instrument, perhaps the plan was to drive the enemies away.
