Photographer’s Note
I don`t know the exact name for this majestic valley but Lake Moraine was right behind me so,let`s call it Lake Moraine Valley.
The weather and the light were perfect yet,I wanted to shoot and to make a series of HDR photos.
This one is dedicated to Henk...he knows why:)

Hallo neighbour of today! ;-)
What shall I say concerning this view!? Perhaps breathtaking or gorgeous. This landscape really is so wonderful and obviously still unspoilt. The shadows of the clouds are a fascinating detail here. A photo to marvel at ...
Greetings from cool and sunny Germany1

Hello Nelu ,
Not a lake , in this picture . But an ocean of pines . May be more difficult to realize (less eye catching) , this is a great landscape picture . The rocky part in the fore ground is the good elemnt to balance the composition . And what a sky !
Congratulations

Isn't the name of the valley "Paradise Valley"?
Hi Nelu,
So it is for me, well well, what a surprise ;-)
I know what you want to tell and show me with this picture. It's obvious HDR, that's for sure but not over the top, although the big tree in front is very bright to look it natural. But still, i like this image in the way how you composed and merged them together. What i don't understand is the f4.6....what's that for a number for a landscape picture? ;-)
Thanks for bringing this up, if you like this kind of work than go on with it.
Regards,
Henk

Nelu,
This is a fine landscape shot. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. The shadow patterns created by the clouds make for interesting patterns across the landscape.

Hi Nelu,
This image has that same buzzy look to it that your Castle Mountain image has, although no where near as intense. I do like the look, it gives a surreal/real feeling that for me, accentuates the beauty of the view.
The cloud shadows make the shot, they give a wonderful depth to the capture. The sky is magnificent, the air is so clear, no pollution up here.
An outstaning image, if you used HDR, so what, for me, it is and always has been the end result no matter how you get there.
Very interesting your reply to Henk regarding aperture settings, I think you may have solved my softness issues for me. I better start testing.
Cheers
Peter

Hi Nelu
The details of the trees, the sharpness and depth is incredible. The floating clouds are very pretty too.

Crystal clarity!
Hello Nelu,
the sharpness, the colours, the depth of field, the composition are all impressive!
You did a good job!
Those tiny bales of cotton on the blue sky catch my eye as well as the shades on the land!
I have to say that the dialogues about the aperture are interesting and useful for the members and this is in the spirit of TrekEarth!
Thanks for sharing beautiful images of the country you live in.
Best regards,
Athanasios.
