It has been called one of the greatest drives in the world: the Icefields Parkway stretches from Banff to Jasper, along the Rocky Mountains Great Divide. From memory, this was Bow Lake, on a day that later turned much colder, with snow showers on our return to Lake Louise.

An amazing point of view of that place for a beautiful picture well managed. A great depth of field combined to a wide angle permit to focus on each detail. THe way you've framed this scene is also well done by adding a small amount of the water plan in the foreground. Very well done !

I agree, there are few drives I know of more impressive than the Columbia Icefields Parkway. I really like the perspective here and the colors and image clarity are exceptional. Great shot and TFS. Gerald
