Photographer's Note

In the Little Yoho valley are marvellous landscapes : forests of huge trees, surrounded by glaciers everywhere, waterfalls and vigorous rivers. I slept two nights at the Whiskey Jack Hostel, which is great and has unbelievable views. And hiked the Iceline trail which undulates over rugged glacial moraine. One of the thing to admire here is the Takakkaw fall, third highest canadian fall, with a drop of 380 m. This water directly comes from the melted ice of a glacier above the fall.
